About Probate Albuquerque
What this site is
Probate Albuquerque explains how probate and estate settlement works in Albuquerque and the rest of New Mexico, in plain English, with a link to the statute or court page behind each rule. Laws change, so every page shows the date it was last checked.
What this site is not
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We do not rate, rank or endorse lawyers. If you call the number on this site, you may be connected with a New Mexico law office that advertises here and pays for that advertising. Any decision about hiring a lawyer is yours.
Corrections
If you spot an error or a rule that has changed, tell us through the contact page and we will check it against the source and fix it.
